Youth Mission Trip

July 12-18
This summer’s youth mission trip is to Fort Worth, Texas. The registration deadline is Sunday, May 3rd. The cost is $300 per person. If you need more time to make your decision or if you need a scholarship, please let us know.

Church Pool Party
We've rented out the whole Valley View Aquatic Center for a church pool party! Lazy river, slides, diving boards, water basketball... all the things. We wanna fill the place with you, your friends, your cousins, your neighbors... everybody! So let 'em know "My church is having a pool party... you should come with me!" The date is Saturday, July 25th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm! Admission is free and we'll have snacks available. The concession stand will also be open for you to purchase more substantial snacks! Hope to see you there!
Homes of Hope Mission Trip
The next Homes of Hope Mission Trip is July 31-August 3!
West Des Moines Christian Church has partnered with Homes of Hope to build homes for low-income families in Tijuana, Mexico. You can submit the form below if you plan to attend the July 2026 trip or the May 2027 trip. The team size is 18 people. Once the system has 18 entries it will automatically disable the signup for that trip.
The cost is $324 per person.

Vacation Bible School
Save the Date for Vacation Bible School!
June 29-July 2
Step through the mist into Rainforest Falls, overflowing with wild waterfalls, towering trees, and colorful creatures. Beneath a canopy of chattering birds and howling monkeys, kids plunge into a lifelong adventure of discovering the nature of God. They’ll explore what it means to be rooted in relationship with God, their creator, a safe place in life’s storms. The cost is $25 per person.
