Sunday Worship

Sunday Worship

Our primary role as members of God’s creation is to worship God in all things. Worship is our way of thanking God for the countless gifts of life… gifts like love, grace, nature, meaningful relationships, faith, and so much more. At WDMCC, we turn to scripture, the life of Jesus, prayer, music, and the Christian tradition to praise God through a variety of expressions and to grow as disciples of Christ. We share in Communion weekly as a celebration of Jesus’ saving work.

Sunday Morning Schedule:
9:00am — Sunday School
10:00am — Worship (both in-person and online)
11:00am — Fellowship in The Gathering

August Series: Word Study

Words shape how we think, relate, and live our lives of discipleship—but sometimes the most powerful words in Scripture get flattened in their familiarity or lost in translation.

Over the next three weeks, we’re diving deep into the significance of three biblical words that have the power to transform our ways of being Christ to one another.

Join us Sunday mornings at 10:00am in the sanctuary or online!

For the Kids

Kids ages K-5th grade are invited to attend Kids’ Worship in the Gym Building during the 10:00am worship hour.  We’ll all start worship together in the Sanctuary.  Following Children’s Sermon, kids who wish to participate in Kids’ Worship can then go to the Children’s Ministries building with our volunteers to enjoy VBS-like worship, music, and activities tailored to their age group.
